Układ z Volteru (listopad 1856)

Układ voltoerowsko-liberyjski - umowa bilateralna pomiędzy rodem Volturi a władzami Republiki Liberii i Przewodniczącym Kongresu Liberii zawarta w dniu 23 listopada 1856 roku. Volterowska strona na jej mocy uznała Układ z Monrowii i dodała swoje gwarancje bezpieczeństwa. Obie strony nawiązały również stosunki dyplomatyczne. Były one asymetryczne - tylko Volter wysyłał swojego przedstawiciela będącego nie tylko łącznikiem pomiędzy Volturi a Liberią, ale także pomiędzy Liberią a Volturi. Układ obowiązuje do dnia dzisiejszego. Jasno określił kompetencje ambasadora, które można nazwać szerokimi w kontekście stosunków międzynarodowych. Ambasador wyznacza datę wyborów do kongresu. Ustala również listę wyborców. Ma prawo weta wobec ustaw wydawanych przez legislatywy zarówno państwa, jak i urzędów czarodziejskich. Kadencja wynosi sześć lat.

I	Ród Volturi wysyła swojego przedstawiciela do Republiki Liberii na okres sześciu lat. Jest on równocześnie łącznikiem pomiędzy władza państwa, jak i czarodziejów z rodem Volturi.	The House of Volturi sends their representative to the Republic of Liberia for six years’ time. The representative is simultaneously a proxy between the state authorities as well as sorcerers and the House of Volturi.	La maison Volturi enverra son représentant en République du Libéria pour une période de six ans. Il est également un lien entre le pouvoir de l'État et les sorciers de la maison Volturi.	Das Volturi-Haus wird seinen Vertreter für einen Zeitraum von sechs Jahren in die Republik Liberia entsenden. Er ist auch ein Bindeglied zwischen der Macht des Staates und den Zauberern des Volturi-Hauses.	La Casa Volturi invierà il suo rappresentante nella Repubblica di Liberia per un periodo di sei anni. È anche un legame tra il potere dello Stato e i maghi di casa Volturi.
II	Ambasador jest chroniony immunitetem dyplomatycznym wraz ze wszystkimi pracownikami pochodzącymi poza Liberii. III	Liberia przekazuje rodu Volturi terytorium zielonego pasa w interiorze państwa przy granicy w Gwineą o szerokości 150 km i szerokości 25 km. Teren ten pozostaje formalnie na terytorium Liberii, ale pełne panowanie nad nimi ma ród Volturi.	Liberia passess the territory of the Green Strip in the interior of the state, near the borderline with Guinea, of 150 km in width and 25 km in length, to the House of Volturi. Formally, the terrain remains within the territory of Liberia, but the House of Volturi is in full control of it. IV	Ród Volturi uznaje Kongres Liberii za jedyne przedstawicielstwo czarodziejów. Gwarantuje się im niezależność, stabilność, rządy prawa. Ambasador jest przedstawicielem tych gwarancji i ma prawo do interwencji w razie ich zagrożenia.	The House of considers the Liberian Congress to be the only representation of sorcerers. They are guaranteed independence, stability and the rule of law. The Ambassador is the representative of these guarantees and has the right to intervene in case of danger.	La maison Volturi considère que le Congrès libérien est la seule représentation des sorciers. L'indépendance, la stabilité et l'État de droit leur sont garantis. L'ambassadeur est le représentant de ces garanties et a le droit d'intervenir en cas de danger.	Das Volturi-Haus betrachtet den liberianischen Kongress als die einzige Vertretung der Zauberer. Ihnen werden Unabhängigkeit, Stabilität und Rechtsstaatlichkeit garantiert. Der Botschafter ist der Vertreter dieser Garantien und hat das Recht, im Falle von Gefahren einzugreifen.	La Casa dei Volturi considera il Congresso liberiano l'unica rappresentanza degli stregoni. Ad essi sono garantiti l'indipendenza, la stabilità e lo stato di diritto. V	Ambasador rodu Volturi ma prawo weta wobec ustaw wydawanych przez Kongres, parlament i rząd. Wielki Sędzia Volteru jest instancją odwoławczą od jego decyzji.	The Ambassador of the House Volturi has a right of veto over laws issued by Congress, Parliament and the Government. Volter's Grand Judge is the body that appeals his decisions.	L'ambassadeur de la Maison Volturi a un droit de veto sur les lois émises par le Congrès, le Parlement et le gouvernement. Le Grand Juge de Volter est l'organe qui fait appel de ses décisions.	Der Botschafter des Volturi-Hauses hat ein Vetorecht gegen Gesetze, die vom Kongress, dem Parlament und der Regierung erlassen werden. Volters Großer Richter ist das Gremium, das gegen seine Entscheidungen Berufung einlegt. VI	Ambasador rodu Volturi wyznacza termin wyborów do Kongresu czarodziejów.	The Ambassador of the House of Volturi sets a deadline for the election to the Congress of Sorcerers.	L'ambassadeur de la Maison de Volturi fixe une date limite pour l'élection du Congrès des sorciers.	Der Botschafter des Hauses Volturi setzt eine Frist für die Wahl zum Kongress der Zauberer.	L'ambasciatore della Casa dei Volturi fissa una scadenza per l'elezione al Congresso degli Stregoni.
