Traktat pokojowy z centaurami - akt prawny zawarty w dniu 2 lipca 784 roku pomiędzy władcą czarodziejów Lucjuszem Volturi (672-795) a starszyzną centaurami (jej resztą), po tym jak ci drudzy przegrali wojnę. Traktat został narzucony przegranej stronie i był nienegocjowalny. Lucjusz Volturi złamał ostatecznie siłę wroga poprzez wybycie ich kwiatu armii i faktycznym ograniczeniu jej liczebności i uzbrojenia. Od tej pory to czarodzieje faktycznie rządziło rasą centaurów. Po niemal rocznych rządach opartym na terrorystycznym zastraszaniu wybuchła trzecia wojna nazywana ostateczną. Zakończyła się ona eksterminację niemal wszystkich pozostałych przy życiu centaurów.

3	Starszyzna centaurów składa się z dziewięciu członków, w tym Wielki Mistrz rodu Volturi mianuje pięciu. Pozostałych wybiera ogół centaurów za zgodą władcy czarodziejów.
