Podpisanie aktu ustawy najwyższej miało miejsce w Ministerstwie Magii w dniu 1 grudnia 2015 roku.Swoje podpisy złożyli: Dorothea Lukanos - ministra magii, Hieronim Merowing - minister magii w latach 1973-2012, Eryk Lukanos - minister magii w latach 1950-1973, a także Michael Donovan.
